The crew assigned will receive a New Assignment - Construction notification and the job appears in their Job List.
Selecting from Job List opens to the location centered on the map. Select the Navigate button for directions, if needed.
Select the Report button to review the job instructions, attachments, design guide, etc.
The existing circuits in the area of the new construction are displayed on the map. Tap any asset to display the asset summary. To view the entire specification, tap the Info icon.
Notes can be added to the job in the following ways:

The work request can be accessed at any time by tapping the blue text at the top of the screen. This zooms into the job location on the map as well as display the Info and Report buttons. Tap the Report button to add notes at the bottom of the form.

Place a Note pertaining to a particular location. Tap the Note icon in the Tool Bar then on the map to add a Note.

Notes can be added when changing design quantities or adding units to the points/step listing.
Attached documents, photos, etc, available at the bottom of the work request can be downloaded to your device by tapping the Download icon.
NOTE: We recommend using the free Adobe Acrobat app for as it allows for viewing and editing PDF files.
Redline markups can be made at this stage by taping the Build icon, which displays the Job Description, allowing the user adjust the associated Points and Steps.
Steps and Points can be Completed as described earlier. When a point is Completed, the app will ask for your location as to mark the exact GPS location of the new construction.
Once Completed, return to the Job List and select Release from the status menu to complete this stage.
