This stage of the construction job is done solely within the mobile app. Upon check-out of the Job Readiness stage, the crew assigned and will receive a New Assignment - Material Pickup notification which appears in their Job List.
The construction crew is responsible to pickup materials, perform any design markups (redline), and return any unused materials. Each of these steps has its own job assigned to the crew.
Selecting from Job List opens to the location of the Store Room, centered on the map. Select the Navigate button for directions, if needed.
Select the Report button to review the job instructions, attachments, design guide, etc.
Once at the Store Room, tap the Build icon to view a listing of all materials that need to be collected.
Materials are grouped into three categories:

Poles, Serialized Equipment - Major equipment, either large or expensive, that requires scanning and/or collecting outside.

Store Room - All other materials from the store room.

Truck Stock - Materials the crew should already have available on their vehicle.
The materials and quantities listed are all by design and Pre-Construction. Notes on what is ready, etc, made by the Store Room managers are highlighted in red.
Notes will continue to change until the store room closes out the job or all materials are ready. To refresh and see new notes, tap the Build icon again.
Once collected, return to the Job List and select Release from the status menu to complete this stage.
