Assignment Panel Overview

The Assignment Panel displays information about the members' assigned lodging.

Screen items are listed below in the order they are pointed out in the above image from top to bottom from left to right.

• View Earlier Day: When clicked, the viewed date range changes to one day earlier.

• Date: The date the information is being viewed for in the column.

• View Later Day: When clicked, the viewed date range changes to one day later.

• Assignment: Assigned hotel name and room type.

• Delete Assignment: Removes the lodging assignment from the member for the selected day.

• Edit Assignment: Allows the user to add a note to the member's lodging assignment for the day.
