Lodging Assignment Mode Overview

When a user first loads the Crew Manager in lodging assignment mode, they will see a screen similar to the one below. The main lodging assignment mode screen consists of several different panels and button sets. A few of these items are the Hotel Panel, Assignment Panel and Crew Panel.

Screen items are listed below in the order they are pointed out in the above image from top to bottom from left to right.

• Crew Panel: The Crew Panel is used to view crews and their members. The Crew Panel allows users to select members to assign lodging to.

• Assignment Panel: The Assignment Panel displays information about the members' assigned lodging.

• Hotel Panel: The Hotel Panel in the lodging mode is used to view the availability of a hotel and select room types when assigning lodging.

• Collapse: Collapses the crew panel.

• Collapse: Collapses the hotel panel.
