Bid Rounds

The Bid Package window lists the Bid Rounds, and their effective dates, associated with the selected Package.

Each listed Bid Round includes:

• Status - Displays the status of the ability to bid in the selected Bid Round, which include:

• Open displays when the package is accepting preferences from those eligible to bid.

• Not Participating displays if the user is unable to bid, ineligible, etc.

• Complete displays when the package has expired and no longer accepting employee preferences.

• Bid window - The time frame bids will be accepted/considered.

• Effective dates - The time frame that is being bid upon for vacation

To bid in a listed Bid Round, click the Expand > icon and the Bid Preference page displays.
