Bid Package

The employee has two options to reach the Bid Package and the available Bid Round.

• The link within the Announcement opens the Bid Package page, for the employee's designated Work Group, displaying the Bid Rounds associated with the selected Package.

• The Enhanced Vacation Bids tab opens the Bid Package page and lists any available packages. Click the Expand > icon to reach the Bid Round list.

The Seniority Rank link, available at the top of the page, allows users to view the seniority list for the package, beginning with the individuals with the highest rank.  Clicking on the Show Me button scrolls the list to the logged in employee (if needed).
