If the employee is included as a participant in a Vacation Bid Package Bid Round, they will receive notice(s) in the Announcement section of their Home page displaying the details and bidding window dates.
If the Location Administrator requires the employee to Acknowledge receipt of the Vacation Bidding announcement, they will receive an acknowledgment dialog when clicking on the link in the announcement or when navigating to the Enhanced Vacation Bids tab and selecting a bid package:
The employee must click the "Yes, I acknowledge" button in order to be able to bid on vacation in this bid package.
NOTE: The Acknowledgment only needs to be confirmed by the employee once per Bid Package, not per Bid Round.
