You can Edit an Availability Pattern that has not been submitted yet, or one that your Administrator has returned to you with their own edits included. You will need to be on the Availability Page.
Once you are on the Availability Page, you will see the Patterns that you have created or submitted. While you can view all your patterns, take note of the Status column. The 'Status' column denotes what state the Availability Pattern is in. There are a few main states that you will likely see:

Approved - This status means that your submitted Availability Pattern has been approved by your Admin. This Availability Pattern can no longer be edited. You may, however, still 'Copy' the Availability Pattern, by clicking on the copy link and establishing a new start day (first day of your new pattern).

Submitted by Employee - This status indicates that the Availability Pattern listed has been submitted by you, and is awaiting review and approval or denial by your Admin. The Availability Pattern can no longer be edited while it is under this status.

Edited by Administrator - This means that your Admin has reviewed your submitted pattern, and made some modifications to it. You should review the modifications, make any changes you would like, and resubmit your Availability Pattern.

Pending Employee Created - This status indicates that you have saved your Availability Pattern, but not yet submitted it. You may still make edits to your pattern and once you are satisfied with it, submit it to your Admin for review and approval or denial.
So, unless you have submitted your Availability Pattern, or it has been Approved by your Administrator, you should be able to Edit it. Find the Availability Pattern that you would like to edit, and then click on the link marked 'View' that is associated with it.
When you have clicked on the View link, you will be taken to a page that should show you the Availability Pattern in question.
If the Availability Pattern has a Status of either 'Edited by Administrator' or 'Pending Employee Created', you should be able to Edit your pattern. You can Edit any of the 30-minute blocks, by clicking on them and switching them between either "preferred" time or removing the preferred time indication and leaving them blank.
When you have finished with your Edits, scroll down to the bottom of the page to view your options.
Once you have completed your changes, you may either:

Return to your Availability Patterns listing page without making any changes (RosterApps will prompt you to confirm you want to navigate away from the page if you have entered any changes, so that you don't lose your alterations if you don't want to discard them).

Re-Submit your changes to your Administrator. This option is available only if your Admin has made changes of their own to one of your submitted Availability Patterns. This option re-submits your altered pattern to your Admin for their approval.

Undo Changes (this removes any changes you have made since the last save).

Save - This option saves your changes. If you have not submitted your Availability Pattern yet, this saves your progress.

Submit - This option submits your Availability Pattern to your Administrator for their approval. Do not submit your pattern until you are satisfied with it.
