For some customers, employees can call their help desk to have their password reset when the web user resets the employee's web password they can enter a default password that meets the company's password requirements. When the employee logs in to the ARCOS web application with the newly set password they will be informed the password has expired and will be required to create a new password before they can log into the system.
Setting a Default Web Password for an Employee

Click the Password button on the Employee tab. The Employee Password Reset screen displays.

Select the appropriate Employee's Name from the list that displays.

Check the Reset Web Password. The Default Password Override textbox displays.

Type the new default password in the Default Password Override textbox.

Click the Submit button.
