Loading Employees

This feature, found on the Employee tab, provides a way for companies to load an existing employee that fails during a data update. This feature is not used by all companies. The screen is used to load an employee from the WARNINGS list. The WARNINGS list contains records from employees that were not loaded from an automated import due to an invalid location or classification value. (Employees fail to load due to either a bad Location_ID or Class_ID.) Follow the instructions below to load employees that are identified in the SHIPS file as having not loaded.

1. Click the Employee tab. The Employee screen displays.

2. Click Load. The Load Employee screen displays.

   

3. Enter the Employee ID in the Employee ID field.

4. Select the primary classification for the employee from the dropdown.

5. Click Submit.
