Breakdown of the Subject Line

ARCOS Template: $c$ Callout Complete $callout_id$

In this subject line, $c$ is the customer site the alert is from and $callout_id$ is the callout’s ID. The remaining text in the subject is plain text and the resulting subject line will look like this “DUKE Callout Complete 250125”.

Note: The “FORCED CALLOUT” section of the template was not included in the e-mail alert because the row uses question marks around the variable “forcecall”. When a variable is surrounded by question marks, ARCOS will only include that row in the e-mail if the variable contains a value.
