Resolved Bugs
RAPD-16418: Application Error When Accessing the Communication Log
What was fixed: Resolved an intermittent application error occurring in both QA and Production when accessing or searching the Communication Log under Company Admin Reports. The root causes were a stored procedure timing out after 30 seconds and too much data being returned. The fix changes the initial page load to show only filters instead of loading the most recent 200 messages and loads message detail on demand when a user clicks to expand a message.
RAPD-16975: Negative PTO Adjustment Applied to EVB Locations
What was fixed: Corrected an issue where PTO bank balances at Enhanced Vacation Bid locations carried a historical negative offset. Accrual uploads intended to set an absolute balance were being applied against an already-negative running balance instead of resetting the expected amount. For example, a +279.10-vacation adjustment resulted in a balance of −88.90, indicating a prior negative balance was carried forward. This affected all users at EVB locations and was generating a large volume of reports from employees concerned their vacation hours were missing. Non-EVB (legacy Vacation Bid) locations were not affected.
RAPD-16979: The 'Available Time Off' Window Is Calculating PTO Balances Based on Farthest-Out Accruals
What was fixed: Corrected the Available Time Off calculation so it reflects only what the employee has remaining through 12/31 of the current year (unless there are future time-off requests that are pending or approved), rather than including future accrual projections beyond that date. Previously, the system was adding automatically awarded vacation credits after 12/31, resulting in inflated balances in the Available Time Off window that did not match the Time Off Summary. For example, an employee's Time Off Summary correctly showed 13.34 hours, while Available Time Off incorrectly displayed 30.02 hours.
RAPD-16991: Shift Bid - Error When Saving Bid if Confirmation Email Fails to Send
What was fixed: Previously, if the confirmation email failed to send after the bid was successfully saved, it would trigger a system error. The fix ensures that saving the bid and sending the confirmation email are handled independently, so an email failure no longer causes an error in the save process.
RAPD-16995: EVB - Vacation hours for Awards are not being calculated correctly when "Use Shift Hours If Available" is enabled
What was fixed: Corrected an issue where the system was not using the employee's scheduled shift hours when calculating vacation hours for awards, even when the "Use Shift Hours If Available" configuration option was enabled. The system was instead using Default Hours. The fix ensures that when this option is enabled, awarded vacation hours match the employee's scheduled shift hours, and the PTO Bank screen also reflects shift hours instead of default hours.
