Resolved Bugs
RAPD-16899 (ZD-72102) — API Punches Report showing NULL for multiple fields
- What was fixed: The "Edited By" and "Edited By EEID" fields in the API Punches Report were returning NULL whenever the associated shift was edited (split, extension, absence, time change) after a punch was recorded. This affected both manual and API-created punches. The fix ensures shift edits no longer nullify punch edit attribution fields.
- Business reason: High customer impact — reported by Envoy. Supervisors rely on accurate punch reporting for payroll and audit purposes. NULL values caused confusion and undermined trust in reporting data. Envoy expects API punches to always display "Remote, Envoy" and manual punches to show the employee who completed them — never null.
RAPD-16721 (ZD-76650)— Incorrect Bid Award - Repeat
- What was fixed: Multiple team members in PHL Ramp PT were incorrectly awarded two bid lines instead of one during the Ramp PT Feb 2026 bid. The fix ensures employees are awarded only a single line per bid.
- Business reason: High customer impact — this is a repeat of a previously reported issue (RAPD-15470). Double awards cause potential pays discrepancies, scheduling conflicts, and require manual correction by supervisors.
RAPD-16169 (ZD-72092)— Incorrect Dependability Point Display
- What was fixed: Dependability point balances under the employee calendar were displaying inconsistently — initially showing 0, then updating to the correct balance (e.g., 25), then changing again to an incorrect number (e.g., 29) with no user action. The fix sets the balance field to display "Loading…" until the correct value is ready, then shows it accurately.
- Business reason: High customer impact — supervisors are not seeing reliable information. They rely on dependability points for workforce management decisions, and the unstable display eroded confidence in the system's data accuracy.
RAPD-16898 (ZD-78207,78227,78288,78292,78354,78573,78751,78789) PTO Bank Vacation Balance Does Not Match Employee Calendar
- What was fixed: The "Available Time Off" balance on the employee calendar was incorrectly mirroring the "Current Time Off" balance instead of properly calculating pending and approved requests within 500 days. While the PTO bank itself was subtracting time correctly, the calendar display failed to account for those deductions. The fix ensures that the Available Time Off balance is calculated correctly, reflecting all pending and approved time-off requests.
- Business reason: High customer impact — this issue affected all customers and all locations. Supervisors rely on the Available Time Off balance to make accurate scheduling and time-off approval decisions. Displaying incorrect balances eroded trust in the system and risked over- or under-approving time-off requests.
