RAPD-16384 (ZD-73156) Meal Break based on Consecutive hours not working for overnight shifts 

Fixed an issue where splitting an overnight shift changed how the Meal Break based on consecutive hours rule was applied. Employees were able to exploit this by splitting shifts in a way that effectively reduced the required 60-minute meal break to 30 minutes, resulting in extra paid time per shift. 

After this fix, splitting a shift no longer changes the required meal break duration, and the configured meal break rules for consecutive hours are applied consistently, including overnight shifts.
