Once awards have been made in a bid package, Location Administrators have the ability to view a report by selecting the All Awards link available on the Bid Package page.
The All Awards page opens displaying the results for all liability groups in the Bid Package.
Bid Results that are awarded during the shift will display a Green Thumbs Up .
Bid Results that are not processed yet or not awarded will display a Red Thumbs Down .
Clicking on the first Excel button generates a spreadsheet listing all preferences and awards.
Clicking on the second Excel button or the PDF button generates a printable version of the awards:
The Filter option allows users to filter the results based on Date Range, Bid Round, and/or by user.
Clicking on the Show awarded only checkbox allows the Location Administrator to view only the preferences that have been awarded.
