1 Existing Templates

Request Name

• The name of this template

Qty Requested - The quantity of resources requested through this template.

• Lock icon  - required quantity

• Pencil icon  - optional quantity

To edit any of these templates, click on the template Name. The user will be taken to the Request Template Detail screen for that template. For information on that screen, go here.

2 Add Request Template Button

Clicking this button will take the user to a blank Request Template Detail screen, where they can enter the needed Resource Groups, Line Items, etc for this template. For information on that screen, go here.
