Name of this Request Template

2 Request Items

Request Item Name

• Name of this request Item. Multiple items can be added to a Request Template.

Full Time Equivalent

• Here the Responding Partners respond with how they propose to fill that number of FTE’s with their available crews, including equipment.

Resource Groups

• Resource groups assigned to this Request Item.

Individual Line Items

• Additional resources to be included on this Request Template, not included in the Resource Groups.

3 Buttons

• Add Request Item

• Adds an additional Request Item to this Template.

• Save Template

• Save all changes.

• Cancel

• Leave this screen and forget all changes made.
