Add Resource Type

Here the user can create new Resource Types to be used in Resource Groups, or as individual line items in a Resource Request. These Resource Types are either equipment, employees, or vehicles, and can be named however the Requester needs.

Once a Resource Type is created, permissions will need to be granted to the user before being able to make this selection. For more on Permissions, go here.

Resource Category - This dropdown menu contains three options: Equipment, Employee, and Vehicle.

Resource Type Name - Here the user can enter any name they choose to identify this type.

Buttons

• Save

• Save changes to this above entered information.

• Cancel

• Cancel any unsaved changes and return to the Administration: Resource Groups / Resources Types window.
