Request Teams

A Request Team is how Requesters identify themselves to Responding Partners when they receive a request. A Utility can have more than one Request Team. This screen displays the teams available. Here the user can create new Request Teams or modify current team details.

1 Request Teams

Default

• Checking this box will select listed Team as your default.

Request Team Name

• Name of the Request Team

Address

• The street address of this Request Team.

City, State, Zip

• The city, state, and zip of this Request Team.

Primary Contact

• Primary contact for this Request Team.

Your Permissions

• Displays whether or not permissions are enabled. For more on Permissions, go here.

2 Buttons

• Save

• Save Selected and Primary selections.

• Create New Request Team

• Clicking this takes the user to the Request Group Detail page. For more information on that screen, go here.
