Material Pickup

The Materials window includes three control buttons to alert the crews which include:

• Ready for Pickup - Initially enabled, this is used with a set of checked items to inform the crew that materials are fully or partially ready for pickup. Select the checkbox for the listed material before initiating.

• Update - After pickup has started, this lets the crew know what other materials are provisioned for later.

• Force Close - Click this button when there are no additional updates and the job is either fully provisioned or not fully provisioned by the responding store room.

Once the Ready for Pickup button is selected, a prompt appears asking for the pickup location.

Enter the store room address if necessary and any other detailed information that may be helpful to the crew, such as bay number.

The crew is then sent a Material Pickup job notification, including information and updates made or updates continuing to be made by store room managers.

Once all provisions are met by the specific store room, select the Force Close button to inform the crew that there will be no more changes and remove the job from the store room queue.

NOTE: To receive storeroom mobile app jobs each storeroom must have one or more managers/administrators set up in Editables > Storeroom Administrators, accessible via the admin link found in the bottom right-hand corner of the map. The users who can be assigned storeroom jobs have job titles/group names in ARCOS with the phrase “store” in them.
