Once the Work Request has been updated a crew can be scheduled.
Clicking the Need to Assign link available in the Crew column, opens the Add Additional People to Job dialog. Displayed are the Crew names and members available for selection.
Based on the integration with Crew Manager, filtering options are available, per Department, as well as the ability to assign all members within the crew, at the top of the list.
Clicking the add link for the list member(s) adds them to the assigned crew.
The first member assigned will become the “Primary”, the crew lead responsible for the completion of the project, by default. This title can be transferred to any listed member by clicking the Set link. Members can be removed by selecting the checkbox and clicking the Remove Selected button available at the top of the dialog.
The Un-set link can be used to remove a back office user or crew lead from the job.
