Ready to "GO"

When a crew is set and job is ready to move forward to the next stage to, the GO link appears in its respective column.

Clicking the Go link initiates the following updates:

• Scheduled Complete - This status appears in the Work Request Info Panel along with a time stamp.

• Job Status Column - The job status has been updated to the pre-construction stage, 02: Pre-Construction.

• Status Age Column - Based on the schedule defined in the Work Request, the countdown to job completion has begun.

• Check Out Column - The check-out link becomes available. Selecting the link allows the user to check-out a work request pre-construction or job readiness task either to themselves or to the designated crew lead using the available links in the Assignees dialog.

Once this step is complete, the assignee is alerted, the status link appears in the Review column and the job moves forward to pre-construction.
