Viewing a Work Request

Selecting the link available in the Work Request column takes the user to the location of the requested work, centered within the map, as well as open the Info Panel, displaying the associated details.

The link available in the Pin column allows you to move any work request to the top of the report list.

The icons available in the Info Panel offer additional functionality including the ability to upload documents or

photos. Work Request specifics can be viewed by clicking the Job Details  icon which displays the components associated with the work request as well as the job details.
