Construction Work Management functionality allows users to import data files containing work order or job description information.
Click the Import Work Order button to open the Import Document dialog and browse for the CSV file to process.
The Includes Header check-box will be unchecked by default; if the provided file contains a header row this box be checked.
The file column sequence must match: NAME, PARENT_WO, PRIORITY, WORK_REQUEST_TYPE, SUB_TYPE, OPS_ORDER, WORK_DESCRIPTION, REGION, DISTRICT, PROJECT_ID, PROJECT, CIRCUIT_ID, CIRCUIT_NM, ATTACHMENT, FILE_NAME, ENGINEER, CUSTOMER, CUSTOMER_ID, CONTACT_PHONE, ADDRESS, WO_STATUS, INCIDENT_ID, SERVICE_TERRITORY, EST_CONST_COST, EST_RETIRE_COST, EST_MAINT_COST, EST_TOTAL_COST, WO_START, STORE_DESCRIPTION, LATITUDE, LONGITUDE.

The file column sequence must match: UNIT, ACTION, CD_WR, CUSTOMER, ITEM_NUMBER, ITEM_ID, UNIT_DESCRIPTION, QUANTITY, LATITUDE, LONGITUDE.
NOTE: If LATITUDE and LONGITUDE are not known, you must provide a 0 in each row for these columns. If the LATITUDE and LONGITUDE are provided, then the new Work Request will be placed as a geometry point feature at the provided location.
When Work Requests are imported they have an initial audit entry added, before any changes have been made. This allows the Status Age column to display the aging of unassigned requests, based on their start dates.
