When a work order has come in, via API from an integrated design system, it appears in the Construction Work Management report in Back Office. Listed in the Work Request column, where it can reviewed and prepared for assignment by a dispatcher, general foreman, controller, etc.
The Reports section includes a Filters button allowing users to create and save reports based on selected OpCos, Districts, etc.
Click this button to open the Manage Pre-Set Filters window then click NO DRILLDOWN in the header to start making the selections from the menus available for the displayed fields.
Once selections are made, Hide the DRILLDOWN and your selections appear within the filter table.
Click the add link and enter a Pre-Set Name for your filter in the Add Data dialog. Once saved, the new filter appears in the Pre-Set Filters table.
