Roster Paycodes

Each employee can have a different total within each paycode. On a roster-by-roster basis, you can look at hours for different categories. Overall total hours for an employee are always the same but the totals you get when you combine different paycodes can vary by roster. If the paycode is checked, it is one of the sort preferences used by ARCOS when a list is sorted.

• Hours Worked: Total number of OT hours actually worked. Hours are loaded into ARCOS with an HRI file.

• Hours Refused: Total number of OT hours actually not worked. Hours are loaded into ARCOS with an HRI file.

• CUM Hours: Total number of OT hours actually worked (Hours Worked plus Hours Refused). Hours are loaded into ARCOS with an HRI file.

• ST: Hours that are loaded into ARCOS with an HRI file or are Manually entered on the Daily Overtime Entry Page.

• 1.5T: Hours that are loaded into ARCOS with an HRI file or are Manually entered on the Daily Overtime Entry Page.

• DT: Hours that are loaded into ARCOS with an HRI file or are Manually entered on the Daily Overtime Entry Page.

Note: HrsSort must also be enabled in order for lists to be sorted by OT Hours.

Note: If your company has the AdjHrs field on the Employee Record and the selected roster has no paycodes selected, sorting will ignore OT hours, resulting in a seniority sort. In addition, Roster Maint will not display the OT Hours or Adj Hours columns and the Roster View will not display the Hrs column.
