This feature allows the ARCOS user to determine the class description that will be spoken to employees during callouts when they are called on the selected list.
To Change a List's Audio Recording

Click the Roster List Ordering button on the List Mnt tab. The Roster List Ordering page displays.

Click the admin link next to the list.

Click the edit rec link next to Recording in the Roster List header table. The Recording will turn into a dropdown and default to blank.

Select the recording that will be used for the list.

Click the Save Changes button.
Note: The class recording is not played for all list in the chain. Therefore the recording must be setup for all list within the chain.
