The Roster List: Chain Usage screen shows all rosters that the selected list is a sequence in and all other sequences within those lists. The edit chain link, next to each lists, is a link to the Roster List Edit Chain page where chains can be modified, added, or removed.
To View the Roster List Chain Usage Page

Click the Roster List Ordering button on the List Mnt tab. The Roster List Ordering list displays.

Click the admin link for the roster to view chaining usage for. If there is more than one sequence in the list, select the sequence you wish to view. The Roster List Admin and Preferences page displays.

Click Goto Roster List Chain Usage at the bottom of the page. The Roster List:Chain Usage page displays.
Note: The Roster List:Chain Usage page can be as an audit tool. For example, before deleting a workgroup you could check this page because to view the chaining or the workgroup. The workgroup should be removed from all chains before it is deleted if employees should not be called on the list anymore.
