Click the Roster List Ordering button on the List Mnt tab. The Roster List Ordering page displays.

Click the admin link next to the list.

Click the edit link next to List Status in the Roster List header table. The List Status will turn into a dropdown and default to Regular.

Select the list status that will be used for the list.

Click the Save Changes button.
Note: When the list status of a roster is changed via the Roster List Admin page, all chains in which the roster appears will be updated to reflect the new list status.
Note: When looking at historical callout data for rosters which have had their list status changed, the new (current) list status will be shown in the roster name.
