Using the Phone Book Search Page

When the Phone Book search page loads, it contains three sections. The first section displays any priority contacts for the user's current ARCOS location, see Setting a Contact as a Priority Contact for details.

The second section contains a contact search option that allows users to search for employees in the ARCOS application. This search option will not search in the phone book. Users can search by e-mail, phone number, first name, last name, web ID and VRU ID.

The third section contains a phone book search option that allows users to search phone book contacts by name, phone 1, phone 2, phone 3, comment 1 and comment 2.
