Folders are used within the phone book to organize and store contacts.
To add a Folder to the Phone Book

Click the Folders link to view the available folders.

Click on the folder the new folder should be added to, the selected folder should be highlighted yellow.

Click the green plus sign at the top of the page. The Create Folder pop-up appears.

Type the name of the new folder in the textbox.

Click the OK button to save. The new folder is added to the list of folders in alphabetical order.
