Searching the Phone Book

You can search all locations in your Phone Book at once. You can search by name or number. You can also search by partial names and numbers. For example, you are looking for Betty's Burgers, but you aren't sure if the name is spelled Betty's or Betti's. Enter Bett in the search window and ARCOS finds any name in the Phone Book that begins with those letters.

To Search for a Contact in the Phone Book

1. Click the Phone Book button on the Phone Book tab.

2. Select the folders to search in by checking the checkboxes next to the folder.

3. Note: If you select a folder that has sub-folders, ARCOS will not automatically select the sub-folders.

4. Type the string to search by in the search textbox.

5. Press the Enter key on your keyboard or click the magnify glass button to search. The returned result will display in the table.
