A priority level can be set to phone book contacts. Priority contacts are viewed on the phone book search page for only the contact's selected locations. The priority level can be used to indicate who should be contacted first in a situation or who should be contacted based on the severity of a situation.
All contacts default to a priority level of 0, but can be set as level 1, 2 or 3, with the corresponding red, blue, and green flags. If a contact should only be a priority contact for specific locations within ARCOS, you can indicate this by adding locations to the contact using the location picker.
