A priority level can be set to phone book contacts. Priority contacts are viewed on the phone book search page for only the contact's selected locations. The priority level can be used to indicate who should be contacted first in a situation or who should be contacted based on the severity of a situation.
All contacts default to a priority level of 0, but can be set as level 1, 2 or 3, with the corresponding red, blue, and green flags. If a contact should only be a priority contact for specific locations within ARCOS, you can indicate this by adding locations to the contact using the location picker.
To set a Contact as a Priority Contact
Locate the contact within the phone book using the search textbox.
Click the edit icon, looks like a pencil and paper, next to the contact.
Click on the priority icon for the contact until it represents the desired level.
Note: All contacts default to a priority level of 0, but can be set as level 1, 2 or 3, with the corresponding red, blue, and green flags.
If the contact should only be a priority in some locations, click the tiles in the Locs column to open the location picker.
Select the desired locations by checking the checkbox next to the location.
Note: You can select an entire level 1, 2, or 3 location or individual level 4 locations.
Click the save icon to the right of the contact, to save the changes.
