When you mouse over a group record, all of the records associated with that group are underlined. The Group Delete functionality provides you with options to:

Delete the selected occurrence of a group record for all employees

Delete all occurrences of a group record for all employees

Delete from this occurrence forward of a group record for all employees

Delete the selected group record for just the selected employee

Delete all occurrences of a group record for just the selected employee

Delete from this occurrence forward of a group record for just the selected employee
To Delete a Single Occurrence for an Employee within a Group Schedule Record

Click the Schedule tab. The Schedule screen displays.

Click either 1 Day View, 7 Day or 14 Day View. The appropriate Day View displays.

Click the Delete button on the Tools bar at the top of the page.

Click the schedule record to delete. This is a Group Schedule Record dialog box displays.

Click Yes to the right of "Delete the record for just this employee?" The Group Schedule Recurrence Range dialog box displays.

Click Yes to the right of "Delete just this occurrence?" The selected record is highlighted.

Click Save on the Submit bar at the top of the page to save this deletion. The screen refreshes and the selected record is deleted.
