When you mouse over a group record, all of the records associated with that group are underlined. The Group Edit (Modify) functionality provides you with options to:

Edit a single employee's record within the group

Edit employee records for all employees within the group
To Edit a Single Employee's Record within the Group

Click the Schedule tab. The Schedule screen displays.

Click either 1 Day View, 7 Day or 14 Day View. The appropriate Day View displays.

Click to select the group record you wish to edit. The This is a Group Schedule Record dialog box displays.

Click Yes to the right of "Edit the record for just this employee?" The Schedule Record Modify dialog box displays.

Make the desired changes to the record.

Click Save & Close to return to the Schedule page. The page refreshes to reflect the change to the record.
