Group Schedule Records allows the ability to assign the same schedule records to multiple employees as a reoccurring event, similar to how reoccurring meetings behave in Microsoft Outlook. The Group Schedule Records functionality allows an event or exception to reoccur Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
Below are the different behaviors the Group Schedule Records supports:
Single employee with many records: a recurring appointment for one employee.
Many employees with a single record: a single occurrence of a meeting assigned to more than one employee.
Many employees with many records: an ongoing meeting or activity that needs to be scheduled on a recurring basis for more than one employee.
Note: Adding multiple records at one time can only be done from one of the Day views in ARCOS.
