Modifying the Capacity Information for a Room Type

The capacity information for a hotel will usually only change if there is a change in room rates or if the hotel goes under some form of renovation.

To modify the capacity information for a room type

1. Navigate to the Lodging Mode.

2. Click the pencil icon next to the room type to be modified. The Edit Capacity pop-up appears.

   

3. Make the necessary changes.

4. Click the save button in the lower right hand corner of the pop-up to save the changes.
