Creating a New Hotel

Hotels are used in ARCOS to describe a location of lodging. For example, the lodging may be a physical hotel, tents or other lodging arrangement.

To create a new hotel

1. Navigate to the Lodging Mode.

2. Click the Add Hotel button in the Panels toolbar. ARCOS displays a filters notification, notifying the user that the hotel will be added with the minimum attributes needed in order for the hotel to appear in their current view.

   

3. Click the OK button the filters notification pop-up. The Create Hotel pop-up displays.

   

4. Type the name of the new hotel in the Name textbox on the Create Hotel pop-up.

5. Click the plus sign (+) to save the new hotel. ARCOS displays a confirmation pop-up once the save has completed.

6. Click the OK button on the confirmation pop-up.
