The Location Administrator can utilize the Publish link to officially update the employee scheduled calendar. If shifts were associated with an award, the shift will be converted to an Approved Time Off shift. If the day was not scheduled, a Personal Time All Day award label will be displayed.
Published Awards will be reflected in the Employee's Edit Paid Time Off Bank either in Future Approved PTO Activity or Past PTO Activity based on the date published and the date reviewed in the calendar.
The first screen presents a Review All Rounds tab. It lists all employees that received an award in at least one bid round within the Bid Package. It also indicates which rounds contained awards.
The selections can be expanded to see further details as well as download an Excel report containing a summary.
Click on the other tabs to see Round specific details and to run the Published Awards process.
Awards yet to be published will appear near the top beneath a Publish link.
Published Participants contains the list of published awards.
If there are available awards the user can Select All or individual awards and then click the Publish link. Once successfully processed, the award will move to the Published Participant section.
