All ARCOS application data is stored for three years. Data three years and older is auto-purged once daily, meaning neither the customer nor ARCOS have access to this deleted data once it is purged.

This policy is in place to accommodate the increased performance demands of our ever-growing customer base and to continue reducing the time of our scheduled maintenance windows.
