Logging in to ARCOS for the First Time

Users who have never logged in to ARCOS before should login using the New User link on the login page.

Note: An e-mail address must be present on the employee's record in ARCOS, before they can login using the New User link.

To login to ARCOS for the first time

1. Open the e-mail sent by ARCOS. The e-mail will be similar to the message below. The e-mail is sent when the user's password is reset.

   

2. Click the link within the e-mail. The Account Landing page loads in your browser.

   Note: The link will only be valid for a short time (configured on the User Login Admin page).

3. Select a Secret Question from the drop down and enter the answer to the secret question in the Answer textbox.

   Note: The Secret Question field will only be available if secret questions are required by the company.

4. Type your new password in the New Password textbox.

5. Re-type your password in the Confirm Password textbox.

6. Click the Submit button.

7. Return to the login page and proceed to login using the newly created password.
