This is a custom feature, so not all companies have access to this report. The List Exhausted Report gives callout operators a quick snapshot view of all configured callout rosters that have been "exhausted" in a given set of locations during the past 8 hours so that it is clear when rollovers or calls to contractors are possible or allowable. A roster list is considered exhausted on a callout if all devices for all employees on the roster have a call result during the previous 8 hours. A roster list is also considered exhausted if the last person on the roster has a final call result (Accepted or Declined, for example), even if they have devices that have not been called.
The Roster List Ordering>Chain page has a checkbox column titled Required for each list in the chain. Enabling this checkbox indicates the roster will be considered when determining if the overall chain is exhausted or not. At least one list in the chain must have the checkbox enabled in order for all lists in the chain to be considered exhausted. If you have multiple lists in a chain that are marked as Required, the chain will not show as exhausted until the last Required list in the chain has been completed.
Click the Callout tab. The Callout screen displays.
Select the Company, Business Unit, Region, and Office for which you wish to create a List Exhausted Report.
Note: You can click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple companies, business units, regions, or offices.
Select the Callout Class or Classes that you wish to include.
Note: You can only select up to 8 classes for inclusion in the report. To select multiple classes, hold the <Ctrl> key down as you click the name of the class.
Click Generate Report, if you wish to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click Generate in New Window, if you wish to display the report in a different window, -OR-
Click Reset to reset the filter selections to the default and return to step 3 to start the selection process again.
Click the detail link in the report to show the details for all of the configured classes listed.
Note: All callouts show in the report but only those with a time shown had at least one Required roster list that was exhausted during the last 8 hours.
