RosterApps Enhancements
RAPD-11877 - Updated Schedule Bid Preference Page
ARCOS has enhanced the Preference for Bid Package page by updating the message alerting the user that
additional selections need to be made, to be more prominent at the top of the list as to not be accidentally overlooked.
RAPD-12322 - IdeaBank: Updated Rule Set Date to Include Time
ARCOS has updated the Employee Rule Set History section to include a time value of 00:00:00 for both Start Date and End Date for Location Administrators to specify the exact point in time the Rule Set is active to avoid any confusion on Rule Set Dates which, for example, may restrict trades being made by employees.
However, if the Rule Set date is “Infinite” or “Indefinite” the History section will display these values respectively, rather than a time. |

Time & Attendance Enhancements
RAPD-9104 - Enhanced Years of Service Configurability in Accrual Calculators
ARCOS has enhanced Accrual Calculators with the addition of the “As of” section, allowing the users to enter a Date for calculating how an employee’s “Years of Service” is determined.
The new section offers the following options (only one option can be selected):
• End of pay period - Default setting, applies to existing accrual calculators that have Years of Service
specified.
• Beginning of pay period
• Date - Prior to entering the Month and Day, define the year in the first field which offers the following
options:
- Prior year on
- Current year on
- Next year on
RAPD-11833 - Updated Accrual Process to Use Should Enforce Activity Options
The Should Enforce Activity option which allows Company Administrators, based on Location, to enforce
the activity rule, which previously required that individuals must work 4 hrs/day and 15 days/month to be
considered an active employee, has been enhanced to allow users to define the number of days per accrual frequency and hours per shift that an employee must have worked in order to receive an accrual.
Users can enter the number of days per accrual frequency that the employee worked in the “Active duty days
within” field. The default value is blank. Values allowed by frequency include:
• Payperiod - Active duty days within Payperiod, 1-31
• Daily - Active duty days within Day, 1
• Monthly - Active duty days within Month, 1-31
• Quarterly - Active duty days within Quarter, 1-93
• Yearly - Active duty days within Year, 1-366
• Anniversary - Active duty days within Anniversary, 1-366
Users will then enter the number of hours, a number between 1-24, per shift that represents the
minimum hours for a working shift in the “How many hours make up a shift” field.
The Accrual Calculator will not save unless both fields are defined.

Users must confirm or cancel the “You are about to manually award a preference. This will bypass ALL validation checks. Do you wish to continue?” warning before continuing.
