RAPD-12474 - Updated Employee Calendar Full Flex Report to Display Shift Template Name
ARCOS has enhanced the Employee Calendar Flex Full Report to display either the Shift Info or the Shift
Template Name based on the Setting defined by a Location Administrator.
To display the Template Name, Location Administrators must enable the “Use Template Info Instead of Shift Info” option within Calendar Settings.

The following issues have been resolved:
• RAPD-12157 - Global Dependability Report Error [ZD #55719]
• RAPD-12290 - Unable to Reactivate a Deactivated Shift Template [ZD #55811]
• RAPD-12609 - Incorrect Reason Code Displayed when Marking Absent for Period of Time [ZD #56890]

Time & Attendance Enhancements
RAPD-11831 - Updated Edit Accrual Calculator Page UI
ARCOS has updated the appearance of the Edit Accrual Calculator page to align with the other pages within the Time & Attendance tab.
BUGS
The following Time & Attendance issue has been resolved:
• RAPD-12483- Edit Accumulator, Hours Source Accrual Account is Shown with Asterisk Mark Despite Not
Being a Required Field. [ZD #55636]
Enhanced Vacation Bidding Enhancements
RAPD-12624 - Supervisor: Added Ability to Request to Cancel Published Time Off Award Week
ARCOS has added the ability for Supervisors to request to cancel an employee’s Published Time Off Award Week from their calendar, once enabled by a Company Administrator.
Company Administrators must first allow this functionality in the Paid Time Off Rule Set page.
The following Rule Sets apply:
1. Can Request to Cancel Paid Time Off
2. Can Request to Cancel Published Time Off (Enhanced Vacation Bid)
Enabling this Rule Set opens the following options:
A. Must Request to Cancel Published Time Off Award Week (Enhanced Vacation Bid)
B. Min Days Before to Request to Cancel Time Off Award (Enhanced Vacation Bid)
3. Supervisor Can Override Rules
As a Supervisor:
a. When the “Can Request to Cancel Published Time Off (Enhanced Vacation Bid)” setting is enabled
and the “Must Request to Cancel Published Time Off Award Week (Enhanced Vacation Bid)” is disabled,
Supervisors are able to select to “Cancel Time Off” from the calendar on a day when an employee has a
published award and a shift that has been converted to PTO. The next screen provides options to cancel
the individual day or the week award. In this case, the “Supervisor Can Override Rules” setting does not
matter.
b. When the “Can Request to Cancel Published Time Off (Enhanced Vacation Bid)” setting is enabled, the
“Must Request to Cancel Published Time Off Award Week (Enhanced Vacation Bid)” is enabled, and the
“Supervisor Can Override Rules” setting is disabled, Supervisors are able to select to “Cancel Time Off”
from the calendar on a day when an employee has a published award and a shift that has been converted
to PTO. The next screen indicates the week award is being canceled (no option to select the individual day).
c. When the “Can Request to Cancel Published Time Off (Enhanced Vacation Bid)” setting is enabled, the
“Must Request to Cancel Published Time Off Award Week (Enhanced Vacation Bid)” is enabled, and the
“Supervisor Can Override Rules” setting is enabled, Supervisors are able to select to “Cancel Time Off”
from the calendar on a day when an employee has a published award and a shift that has been converted
to PTO. The next screen provides options to cancel the individual day or the week award.
d. When the “Can Request to Cancel Published Time Off (Enhanced Vacation Bid)” setting is disabled and the “Supervisor Can Override Rules” setting is disabled, Supervisors are not be able to select “Cancel
Time Off” from the calendar on a day when an employee has a published award and a shift that has been
converted to PTO.
e. When the “Can Request to Cancel Published Time Off (Enhanced Vacation Bid)” setting is disabled and the “Supervisor Can Override Rules” setting is enabled, Supervisors are able to select to “Cancel Time Off”
from the calendar on a day when an employee has a published award and a shift that has been converted
to PTO. The next screen provides options to cancel the individual day or the week award.
f. When a supervisor is set to act on behalf of the employee and the employee has regular time off requests not related to EVB or Classic Awards bidding and the PTO rule set called “Can Request to Cancel Paid Time Off” is enabled, the Supervisor is able to Cancel Time Off” for the selected shift. The “All Awards” option is not displayed even if the EVB options are enabled.
RAPD-12554 - Employee: Added Ability to Request to Cancel Published Time Off Award Week
ARCOS has added the ability for Employees to Request to Cancel Published Time Off Award Week one
week at a time, even if the specific preference has more than one week published, once the PTO Rule Set
as mentioned above in RAPD-12624 are enabled by a Company Administrator.
RAPD-12669 - Updated Banner Duration Time
ARCOS has updated amount of time the Info (blue), Success (green), and Alert (yellow) banners display at
the top of the page from 3 seconds to 10 seconds before they disappear. The Close (X) icon can be used to remove at any time prior.
Alert banners (red) will NOT disappear until resolved or by clicking the Close icon.
BUGS
The following EVB issue has been resolved:
• RAPD-12466 - Publishing an Award Should Not Convert Shifts Not Originally Assigned in a Participant’s
Bid Line. Example: Trade accepted.
