ROSTERAPPS ENHANCEMENTS
RAPD-12620 - Update Calendar Page Display
ARCOS has updated the Calendar page, viewable by Supervisors and Schedule Viewers, by increasing the
size of the Employee’s name as it displays at the top of their calendar.
RAPD-10873 - Updated PTO Summary Dashboard Display
ARCOS has updated the PTO description verbiage found in the Time off Reasons section on the EMPLOYEES page for Supervisors and Schedule Viewers under the Calendar, as well as on the Employee HOME page to clarify how the term “occurrence” is defined (ie., a metric vs a unit of time) within the company regarding PTO.
Company Administrators must enable the “Display on Employees Screens” option when creating a new or
editing an existing Paid Time Off reason (which only becomes available once the “Limit Usage By Maximum Occurrences” box is checked) to display occurrences to Employees, Schedule Viewers, and Supervisors.
BUGS
The following issues have been resolved:
• RAPD-12471 - Mobile Browser: Employee Unable to Request PTO When Time is Available Yet Supervisor Can [ZD #56261]
• RAPD-12569 - Flexible Payroll Prep Report: Relief Bid Line Shifts Should Behave as Standard Bid Line
Shifts and Should Show in the Report Even if No Action Performed on the Shift
TIME & ATTENDANCE ENHANCEMENTS
RAPD-4364 - PPC: Changes are Not displayed
ARCOS has updated the PPC page to allow Timekeepers to view all relevant information related to a
previously submitted Prior Pay Correction including the date of the change, who made the change, the pay code affected, the old value, and the new value in the modal when selected.
RAPD-10114 - Updated Revenue Days Page
ARCOS has updated the Revenue Days page available to Location Administrators. When accessed, the page now displays the Revenue Year menu allowing the user to display the Revenue Days defined for the selected year. The menu displays the current year by default.
In payroll periods that have not been frozen, new Revenue Days can be added and existing Days can be
deleted. In payroll periods that have been frozen, new Revenue Days cannot be added and existing Days will appear with a lock icon and cannot be deleted.
RAPD-11609 - Enhanced Reset Custom Time Banks Page
ARCOS has enhanced the Reset Time Bank page which now allows Location Administrators to reset the hours for multiple Employees and/or Work Groups at the same time.
BUGS
The following Time & Attendance issue has been resolved:
• RAPD-12279- Holiday Hours Not Paying Out [ZD #55636]
ENHANCED VACATION BIDDING ENHANCEMENTS
RAPD-12211 - Added “Show Awarded Only” Filter to All Awards Page
ARCOS has added the “Show awarded only” filter option, which when enabled will display only awarded
preferences, to the All Awards page, accessed while viewing a Bid Package.
RAPD-12592 - Added Expand/Collapse All to Publish Awards
ARCOS has added an Expand All and Collapse All link to the top of the Unpublished Participants list
displayed on the Publish Awards page. This function allows the user to display or hide all preferences
submitted for the selected Bid Package by the employee.
RAPD-12701 - Updated Bid Package Page
ARCOS has made minor updates to the messaging within the Bid Package page, which include:
• Excluded Dates - If no excluded dates currently exist
From - “No excluded dates have been selected”
To - “No Excluded Dates have been selected”
• Bid Notifications - If no Bid Notifications currently exist
From - A blank field.
To - “No Bid Notifications for this Bid Package”
BUGS
The following EVB issues have been resolved:
• RAPD-12437 - Temporary Transfers and Automatic Vacation Removal [ZD #56197]
• RAPD-12438 - Bid Package: “Do Not Charge Accrual Account for Holidays.” Does Not Work
