ROSTERAPPS ENHANCEMENTS

RAPD-12375 - Updated Shift Bid Preferences Page
ARCOS has moved the Save button to the lower left-hand corner under the table in the View Preferences for Bid Package page of the Bidding tab.

ENHANCED VACATION BIDDING ENHANCEMENTS

RAPD-11229 - Add Setting For How Many Hours An Employee Is Eligible For
ARCOS has added an additional feature within Enhanced Vacation Bidding process to ensure an employee
does not exceed a maximum awarded hours within a vacation bid package. The Edit Bid Package window
has been updated to include the Award Option “Max available awards by status and seniority” toggle.

RAPD-12125 - Users Not Allowed to Select Currently Awarded Preferences
ARCOS has updated the logic within Enhanced Vacation Bidding to no longer allow employees to select
preferences which they are currently awarded or which have been submitted (but not awarded).
The previously awarded/submitted Days or Weeks will be disabled (grayed out) and unavailable for
selection when choosing Bid Preferences and a warning will display at the top of the page.

Additionally, Location Administrators will no longer have the ability to manually create a preference for an
employee that has already been awarded it.
NOTE: Preferences will be available for selection again by the employee if exchanged or cleared.
