ROSTERAPPS ENHANCEMENTS

RAPD-12096 - Update Verbiage on UTO Rule Set Page
ARCOS has updated the verbiage on the UTO Rule Set page. When creating or editing UTO Rule Set, users
will notice the term used, “unscheduled” has been changed to “unpaid” to clarify that requested scheduled shifts will be awarded as Unpaid Time Off.

TIME & ATTENDANCE ENHANCEMENTS

RAPD-10872 - Probationary Accruals Need to be Daily
ARCOS has updated Accrual Calculators by adding a Daily option to the Frequency setting.

This new option allows Company Administrators to set a probationary period of time to the exact day (rather than the Pay Period) when employees can start to accrue hours such as PTO, Sick Time, etc, or the Lump Sum specified amount will be added, if enabled. Enter the amount in the “Minimum Required employment to accrue” field and select Day from the menu to define.
NOTE: The Run on Frequency option will automatically be selected when the Frequency is set to Daily.

RAPD-11917 - Update Pay Codes UI
ARCOS has updated the appearance of the Pay Codes page to align with the other pages within the tab.

NOTE: The Add Pay Code and Edit Pay Code pages will be updated in the near future.

ENHANCED VACATION BIDDING ENHANCEMENTS

RAPD-11941 - Update All Awards Page
ARCOS has updated the All Awards page. If all selected Bid Rounds, via Filter option, are awarded by Day the results will display the awards by Day. If selected Bid Rounds are awarded by Week, the results will display the awards by Week. This display update applies to both Location Administrators and Employees.

If multiple Bid Rounds are selected in the Filter which contain both Daily and Weekly awards, the page will
display a Daily view. In addition, Liability Slots Totals now appear within the page per Shift.

BUGS
The following issues have been resolved:
• RAPD-9474 - If Bid Round is “Completed” an employee should not be permitted
to bid, submit, modify, or delete preferences in that round.
• RAPD-11908 - After Run Awards is run, the Employee Bid Preference Cart no longer
contains the Submit or Cancel button (okay), but should include a Back button.
