TIME & ATTENDANCE ENHANCEMENTS

RAPD-11610 - Create New Custom Time Bank Page
ARCOS has created a new Custom Time Bank page available to Location Administrators. A Time Banks
Summary section has been added to the Edit Employee page showing the Time Banks that are configured for the employee as well as the total number of hours accumulated for them. Clicking an individual Time Bank opens the detail view of the Time Bank including total hours and the specific transactions that affected the
accumulated hours.

RAPD-11841 - Updated Payroll Groups
ARCOS has updated Payroll Groups functionality to require a First Payroll Start Date be defined prior to
adding any locations when creating a new Payroll Group. A warning message will appear if an attempt is
made to add a location before the date is entered.

Once the date is defined, only Locations that meet the following criteria will be available for selection:
• Must be Active.
• Must have Time and Attendance enabled.
• Must be in a Pay Rule Set with the same First Day of Week established.
When a Location is added the effective date will default to the next Payroll period start date and display as an “Incoming Transfer”.
