ARCOS Support uses third-party software called Zendesk to run our ticketing system and the OSCAR Portal. Due to the user of this software, the browser requirements for the OSCAR Portal vary from the ARCOS supported product browser requirements found HERE in the Online Documentation.
As of September 28, 2021, the supported desktop browsers for the OSCAR Portal are:
- Google Chrome: latest two versions
- Mozilla Firefox: latest two versions
- Apple Safari: latest two versions
- Microsoft Edge: latest two versions

Please note, older browsers can still be used to access the OSCAR Portal, but features may not look or work as intended. We recommend that you always use the current version of a browser.
JavaScript must be enabled in your browser to allow for full use of the OSCAR Portal. For example, without JavaScript, certain parts of the help center, including drop-down lists on ticket forms, don't work correctly.
