The Online Support Center for ARCOS, more commonly referred to as the OSCAR Portal, is the platform ARCOS Support and our customers use to communicate. Is it the one stop shop for authorized customer OSCAR Users to keep track of their tickets.
An OSCAR User is a customer contact designated by the customer’s company who is authorized to work directly with ARCOS Support to discuss ARCOS products, to receive information about employee performance, application feature availability, or most any other potentially sensitive information.
NOTE: OSCAR Users are specific people within a customer's organization and cannot be a "distribution list" as ARCOS Support does not have a way to validate who is receiving information from a distribution list or who is receiving information that is sent to the distribution list.
